Store Manager



We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as a store manager.

Our ideal candidate will be able to bring fresh ideas and effectively boost our sales.

As a token of our appreciation, we are offering a percentage of our gross sales in addition to the starting hourly pay.




  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability Create and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.

  • Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Coordinate employee orientation and training programs.

  • Collaborate with the assistant manager to delegate tasks and ensure smooth store operations.

  • Manage team performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues that arise.

  • Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash discrepancies.

  • Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately.



  • Proven experience as a store manager or similar role in the retail industry

  • Highly active in social media

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis

  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles

  • Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis

  • Ability to interview, hire, and train employees effectively
