Store Manager
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as a store manager.
Our ideal candidate will be able to bring fresh ideas and effectively boost our sales.
As a token of our appreciation, we are offering a percentage of our gross sales in addition to the starting hourly pay.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability Create and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.

Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Coordinate employee orientation and training programs.

Collaborate with the assistant manager to delegate tasks and ensure smooth store operations.

Manage team performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues that arise.

Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash discrepancies.

Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a store manager or similar role in the retail industry

Highly active in social media

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis

Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles

Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis

Ability to interview, hire, and train employees effectively
